Google Analytics - The Power of Keyword Marketing

I have been using Google Analytics over the last nine months to aggressively ensure the strategic use of our keywords for each of the markets we serve. It is a magnificent program that has taught me the difference between wasted communication and highly targeted and effective marketing. One of our services, “keyword analysis”, determines a customer’s unique selling position and assesses which of their keywords we can utilize to actually get play and attention and drive revenue.

Music Video Treatment

We just completed a treatment for a musical video for artist, Trey Songz. Peter Spirer, Emmy and Academy Award nominated director asked us to assist him in building a vision for the music video when a rep over at Universal asked him to submit an idea. While other directors are submitting content that is all glitz and glamour, Peter’s decision to work with us on this project gives him the edge of a story approach to the video. So much fun to work with other talented and creative people! Make it happen, Peter!

Business Man Rocking Out

Today, our client Robert Renteria was invited to speak at Northeastern Illinois University and at the Aurora East School District. We’re so excited for this journey Robert is on. His desire to share his story is immense and these opportunities could not come to a better man. Robert is a business owner with an underdog story worth sharing. This is just the beginning Robert!

Legacy Writing

Lately we’ve been talking more and more about Legacy Writing; writing that puts the lives of the people of the world on paper, for their families, for their friends, for the world. I do love this kind of writing. We recently penned the memoir of Robert Renteria and this week alone Robert has been invited to speak at Northeastern Illinois University and the Aurora East School District. Robert’s life, like those of so many, is an underdog story of success, and Robert has literally come to life in the telling of his story. Who wouldn’t want to be able to get to know their grandparents better, or even the great grandparents? Who would not want their loved ones to be able to share in the greatest memories of their life? I’m excited that we handle this Legacy Writing and look forward to future opportunities to serve a very large number of people in the telling of their story.

One Client’s Story

One of our clients is working with us on a fictional novel based on her life and today we had a creative call related to the character development and plot portion of the book and then a business call related to who we are going to begin to approach about the concept in the coming weeks. Together we have decided to begin to draft the screenplay treatment for the story while we start the book. We are in the unique position to be able to use the plot outline as a treatment to present to producers. Because of the new writer’s strike in Hollywood, we might be able to gain access to some circles that otherwise might have been closed off to this client. It is a brilliant story and thus far the execution of the writing has been nothing short of riveting. I’m excited to see where this is going!

Don’t Delay…Share Today!

Have you ever looked back and wished you’d documented an event, a memory, a set of ongoing experiences or personal insights? I wondered these things today about many people I’ve never met and some that I know and love. This afternoon, I had the chance to drive slowly through mile after mile of one of the recently fire-ravaged areas of north eastern San Diego, California county where I grew up. Taking in the charred remains of home-site after home-site, I sent thank you’s into the great beyond that no casualties had occurred there, but I couldn’t help but wonder what had been lost. What life stories, triumphs, tragedies, loves and losses had been lived within each of those walls? And where would those things live now? In the memories of the people who experienced them? In photos, if people had had time to gather them before fleeing?
